  It could be that the Play Store is updating itself. This happened to me before and I just waited for it to finish (but you need to assume).

  Once clear the cache and storage of play store app .then download the apps.this will definitely help you.

  mostly this kinda problem arises due to the cache memory try going into settings and aap management find play store and xlear all his data and cache , go back and open play store everything should be just fine now 😄

• Go into your personal app library, and make sure none of them are trying to install via WiFi, cleared all mine on the 3.1 plus and it works fine now.lmk how it works for you

  Go to settings- apps- Google Play Store - uninstall updates. Then everything will be ok .enjoy!

• Calm down guys. Nokia is a veteran in making phones, its not an issue, you just need to go to phone settings, apps, then google play store > storage > clear cache and storage data. It will not delete anything, it will clear up the mess. And then Also clear cache of the download manager by clicking the three dots in the corner above, and going into system apps. All done.!

  Hi I was facing the same issue. I made above changes, it solved my issue.

• Using Play Store on Android often faulty. I changed the play store with tutuapp. A similar playstore app. It is fully featured as an app market.

• I too had a problem with playstore, when mapps were not updating after Android 10 upgrade and factory reset. I waited for playstore version update and then all app update resumed.
